Mr. Moore is former Prime Minister of New Zealand, and former Director General of the WTO. After his tenure at the WTO, Mr. Moore was appointed to the Global Commission on International Migration. Mr. Moore is Special Advisor to the UN Global Compact and a Commissioner of the UN Commission of Legal Empowerment of the Poor. Mr Moore serves on a several Commercial boards and is a visiting Profesor to many universities and is involved with a number of charitiable organisations. He is a member of the Trilateral Commission: an organization established to foster closer co-operation between America, Europe and Japan. He is a founding member of the Global Leadership Foundation and also acts as Senior Counselor to Fonterra; New Zealand's largest company by turnover and fifth-largest dairy company in the world. Mr Moore is an author of a number of books, on subjects ranging from politics to the Pacific and has a regular newspaper column that appears in five countries.
