• The Board of Trustees of the Foundation shall comprise up to four Trustees, appointed by Altimo and approved by the Chairman of the Foundation;
• The Board of Trustees of the Foundation defines granting making policies, identifies grant making opportunities, and represents the Foundation in a public forum;
• The Board of Trustees to the Foundation and the Foundation's executive management team meet every two months by conference call;
• The Board of Trustees to the Foundation and the Foundation's executive management team meet every six months in person in the Foundation's headquarters in London or elsewhere upon mutual consent.

The Board of Trustees will be appointed by the end of the Q2 2008
