Kirill Babaev

Kirill Babaev is the CEO of the Altimo Foundation and Altimo's Senior Vice President responsible for international communications.
Kirill joined Altimo in 2004, after working for a year as Vice Governor and Director of Information Department for the Government of the Murmansk Region of Russia. Previously, from 2001 to 2003, he was Vice President for Communications at MDM Bank and MDM Group in Moscow. Between 1999 and 2001, Kirill worked for the Sibirsky Aluminium Group, another major industrial conglomerate of Russia.
Kirill graduated from the Moscow International Relations University in 2000. In 2005, he received his MA in Finance from the Academy of National Economy for the Government of the Russian Federation.
